Financing / Leverage Options

Popoyo Village is pleased to be working with Fordham Capital Services (Malaysia) in offering our clients a competitive financing/leverage program for international real estate purchases. Fordham Capital Services has agreed to make available to all Popoyo Village clients, the below financing/leverage options.

Option # 1: FastTrak Plan – 60-Month Term – LTV 50%

50% down payment on contract signing and a five-year (60-month) term @ 5.9% on remaining balances

Option # 2: Prudent Buyer Plan – 120-Month Term – LTV 50%

50% down payment on contract signing and a ten-year (120-month) term @ 6.5% on remaining balances.

Option # 3: Long-Term Investor Plan – 180 Month Term – LTV 50%

50% down payment on contract signing and a fifteen-year (180-month) term @ 6.9% on remaining balances.

Fordham Capital Services reserves the right to change all terms and rates at any time without notice. Any change will not affect prior contracts. The rates and terms above are valid as of the date listed below. There are no pre-payment penalties.
